Health systems today face mounting pressure from the rising burden of noncommunicable diseases, an aging population, persistent inequities in access to care, and the rapid shift toward digital health. Meeting these challenges requires policy that is grounded in evidence, shaped through collaboration across countries and disciplines, and open to innovation in how care is delivered and sustained. This conference was created as a space for exactly that kind of exchange: a place where researchers and policymakers can learn from one another, and where evidence has a clear path into practice and policy.
